One Account Policy

Account Verification (KYC)

Btd22 may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly in relation to withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension. Never share your password with anyone in order to keep your account secure.

The minimum age to participate on btd22 is 18 Years. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. If an underage account is detected, it will be immediately terminated and all associated transactions will be deemed void.

Deposit

The minimum deposit at btd22 is ৳100, and the maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing is typically completed within 3–15 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this to up to 24 hours.

Btd22 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in the following cases:

• If KYC verification is not completed
• If suspicious activity is detected
• If bonus conditions are not met
• If there is a dispute on the account

All bonus types offered by btd22 — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free spins — are subject to the general terms and conditions below. Additional terms may apply to each specific bonus.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonuses are converted to real balance only after the required number of wagers are placed. Wagering requirements are generally 10x–30x the bonus amount.

• Welcome Bonus: Wagering 15x (e.g., a ৳100 bonus requires ৳1,500 in bets)
• Cashback Bonus: 5x Wagering
• Free Spin winnings: 10x wagering

Bonus Cancellation Terms

Btd22 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in any of the following circumstances:

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts
• Bonus Terms Violation
• Abusing bonuses through dishonest or fraudulent means
• Claimed After Promotion Expiry

Slots

Live Casino games feature real human dealers. Different betting limits apply to each Live Casino game. In the event of a disconnection due to network issues, bets for that round will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btd22 platform. Any violation of these restrictions will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings:

1. Manipulation or Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, including software hacking or the use of bots.
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person, or attempting to claim bonuses more than once.
3. Money Laundering: Attempting to launder funds by depositing illegitimate money and withdrawing it.
4. Identity Fraud: Operating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
5. Underage Accounts: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.
6. Game Collusion: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by colluding with other players.
7. Account Sale or Transfer: Sharing or selling your account to another person.

Suspended by btd22

Btd22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• If KYC verification fails
• By court order or for legal reasons

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Once closed, you may submit a request to reopen it.
